15 years ago we were approached by ABB Ltd New Zealand, to manufacture and install LV racks into transformers for ABB clients. From there we have grown into a Technical Distributor for ABB with our LV racks being exported to the world. We can offer to you a complete solution from the supply of ABB LV racks either as a prebuilt rack or fitted into a transformer, to a complete assembled product designed and built to your specific requirements.

Low Voltage (LV) Rack System Specifications

Stainless Electrical Products assembles complete busbar racks to customer requirements.

Rack construction:
· SH100/185 type tested busbar supports
· Plated copper busbars with M12 stainless inserts fitted and stainless steel bolt, spring washer and flat washer attached
· A 4mm plastic backplate gives complete finger protection when disconnects are fitted in all positions
