Stainless Electrical products, (S.E.P) are a privately owned and operated Company that have been in the business of Stainless-Steel Fabrication since 2004.

Located in Hamilton S.E.P design and manufacturer quality products from sheet metal and stainless steel. Our extensive product range including components & accessories are used in industries such as Food , Dairy, Power Utilities, and the health sector.

S.E.P specialize in the fabrication of stainless-steel enclosures fitted with ABB electrical products. We have the team & the capacity, to create unique solutions for electrical infrastructure projects with short or long production runs.

In 2010 we were approached by ABB Ltd New Zealand to manufacture and install LV racks into transformers for ABB clients, a service we still provide to this day. We can offer you a complete solution from the supply of the LV rack components to a fully assembled system designed and built to your specific requirements.

We manufacture a range of LV racks fitted into transformers, we also fabricate standalone custom manufactured stainless-steel enclosures or can supply the LV system as a prebuilt rack only.

Stainless Electrical Products are also an appointed Technical Distributor to support the ABB Low Voltage Fuse gear range for the utilities sector. We carry full stock of InLine II Disconnects, Metering Products and OT switches.

Engineering Solutions: Our fully equipped fabrication workshop features a 3-meter-wide CNC 120t Brake Press, 3-meter Guillotine, Stud -Tig Welders and an IWM Water jet cutter. Water jet cutting is ideal for low volume one-offs, prototypes & fine intricate shapes.

Wire Mesh Trays: S.E.P are the only NZ company to have built their own machine to manufacturer Stainless steel wire mesh cable trays. Our trays are made from 5mm – T304 / ½ Hard Tempered Stainless-steel Rod. This rod is sourced from overseas and has been manufactured to the international specification Din 1.4571 (V4A) AISI 316 TI. Characteristics of the material used and the finished product, has been designed to meet the most demanding requirements of electrical and communication installation.
